Everyone should look for a business coach who suits the goals they want to achieve and the skills they want to acquire or get better at. I’m a huge fan of business coaching myself.

1. This program has the unique combination of both sales AND marketing training, skills everyone needs, but few programs offer BOTH.

2. We focus on actionable steps, not just theory, so you'll take and apply homework after each session. That's what makes the difference between "edutainment" (i.e. learning stuff that's fun to know but you don't do anything with it) and application.

3. You can re-apply the skills and knowledge you'll gain during this program to your business for the lifetime of your business. They are not dependent on the current tools and tech available. As your business changes and the world (think Covid lockdown) and the advertising vehicles change, you will understand the principles and be able to apply them to whatever tools are at your disposal at the time. I primarily work with service-based entrepreneurs, such as healthcare providers and leadership coaches - business owners who often wear multiple hats and are responsible for finding clients and making business decisions. These leaders often feel like the best-kept secret and need practical tools to allow them to share their incredible offerings with the world.

I also support technical professionals, like lawyers, engineers, and architects, who want to develop their businesses but aren’t traditionally required to market themselves and sell. They’re ready to put some effort into business development and growth opportunities, without compromising their busy schedules. 

Additionally, I work with experienced sales professionals including financial professionals who feel like they’ve outgrown their existing tactics and want to learn how to leverage their network, become more effective, and grow their businesses faster and further.

Advertising and sales have universal tools, strategies, and principles that can and should be applied regardless of what you sell. How you apply these tools may vary depending on what you sell and who your target markets are. So everyone needs the same tools, but we teach you how to apply them specifically to your business.

As a coach, I work with people from a wide range of industries and all walks of life. In our program, we provide them with a toolbox that equips them with the essential knowledge to succeed.

he coaching program is not going to work for someone who is resistant to change and is not open to new ways of doing things. It won’t work for you if you cannot consistently take the time needed to do the work. 

If you just need advertising because you own a retail store or restaurant or sell products, this program may not be the right fit for you. It is tailored to professionals and owners of higher-priced service-based businesses whose growth comes from business development and relationship building, reinforced by marketing. 

This program is also not a good fit for individuals who already work with a business coach.

Business coaching uses proven business processes that participants follow to get results. The reason I know this program works is that when clients follow the process we lay out with them, they get measurable results. We are going to make sure you are targeting the right markets, you’re having the right communications, and you are closing the qualified opportunities. These activities are not personality-based; they are process-based. The success of the program is not dependent on the strengths of the participant. Anyone can be successful if they apply the tools as directed.

I can tell you that if you commit to learning the material, but more importantly following the process, applying it, and spending the time implementing the tools, then the program will work. It really is up to you to follow through on the things we're teaching you.

We work together for 12 months covering the six building blocks outlined. During 10 of those months, we have an hour-long intensive coaching session where we apply a new tool and discuss the building block theme. We review your progress from the previous month, plan for the upcoming month, and assign homework. 

Twice during the program, you complete video-based training with action plan worksheets you’ll submit and I’ll provide feedback on. You also have access to an online platform with resources for all six building blocks to reference as we work together and refer back to after you’ve completed the program.
